Paddington
The Paddington club trains at the Sherman Lounge dojo, Wilson House Rec Centre, Imperial College, W2 1UF on:
Thursdays 8-10pm (Instructor Caleb Smith/Graham Cox)
Saturdays 4-6pm Saturday Sessions
Hammersmith
The Hammersmith club trains in the Basement Music Room, Reynolds Building, CX Hospital, Hammersmith W6 8RF on:

Aiuchi Jiu Jitsu
Aiuchi Jiu Jitsu is a self defence-based martial art.
We learn how to fall and roll safely and practice throws, joint locks, strikes and simple releases as defences from various armed and unarmed attacks.
The level of response can be tailored to the danger of the attack.

We wear white judogis because the strong material gives plenty of support and won't tear easily and a belt to indicate grade. A gi costs about £20 but if you're not sure you want to buy straight away, come and train in a tracksuit or leggings and a T-shirt.
Beginners wear a white belt to start with but after passing a grading will receive a new coloured belt.

Members pay £15 per year for their insurance and affiliation to the Aiuchi Jiu Jitsu Association.

Aiuchi is a good way to get to know people and make new friends. We have lots of social events and trips away together, some, but not all, involving Jiu Jitsu!
