Saturday Sessions in Paddington

The Aiuchi Saturday sessions in Paddington 4-6pm are organised by Graham Cox (1st Kyu). He teaches regularly on a Saturday but also gives other teaching grades in and around London a chance to teach a session. This gives the London regulars the opportunity to learn from several different instructors.

We're all different and one of the key features of Aiuchi is that we try to teach techniques to all different people so that they can use them effectively. This sometimes means adapting a technique and different instructors will have different sets of techniques and adaptations to each other. Depth of understanding can be gained by attending sessions given by different instructors.

Occasionally a Saturday session will be open only to senior grades but this is not generally the case.
